That year, she was also given the honour of winning the Chiropractic Victorian Registration Board Clinical Excellence Award. She is extremely passionate about her work and has a philosophy based on education. She strives not only to help you within the clinic with chiropractic care, but also to help you isolate the things in your life which has put your body into its current condition. To learn what you can change and what your body needs to hold the improvements you achieve together. She focuses on active chiropractic care which means giving you information and power to change things yourself at home, at work, in your lifestyle and exercise.  Education is a core component of Dr Tressa’s practice. She teaches exercise, posture and ergonomic techniques specific to each person, encouraging and helping patients to take control of their own health and well-being.

Tressa was born in the country and loves enjoying the outdoors with her family, where she wakeboards, fishes, scuba dives and loves yoga and pilates. She is a mother of two, a ten year old son and seven year old daughter, who keep her very busy and bring her an abundance of joy.  After a long history of Chronic Fatigue Syndrome as a teen and in her early twenties, health, strength and wellbeing are a priority for her that she enjoys sharing with her family, friends and chiropractic patients. She became a chiropractor to help people with the gentle natural chiropractic care that was helpful in bringing her the vitality she now has.

We help parents

FAMILY FRIENDLY FACILITIES

Dr Tressa knows what it’s like to have children.  Often you can’t make appointments for yourself unless you are able to bring your children with you.  Commonly a parent’s health is at the bottom of the list, purely for lack of time alone.  We totally understand and we have listened.

To help parents, we have created a large family friendly treatment room.  Lots of toys and activities for all ages.  Plenty of space for little ones (and bigger ones) to move around.  Happy, busy children mean Mum or Dad can relax and enjoy their adjustment while kids are safely and contentedly playing in the same room.

That being said, if your treatment time is your time just to yourself, we get it and that’s ok too.  We are happy to provide options and welcome you with or without your munchkins!

We also have online booking available so you can book at your convenience at any time of the day or night.
